PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

PLEASE double check your cart before ordering. Once an order has been placed, we CANNOT make any changes or additions to your order.  Any order that has been processed to ship cannot be canceled. 

Sip Style Design Co does not accept liability for any packages after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier for delivery to the customer. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a carrier failure, please contact them with any questions or concerns.

By purchasing from this site, you agree to our policies.

Incorrect or Damaged Items  

If you receive an incorrect shipment and/or damaged items, please notify us within 3 days of receipt so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you and/or fix any damaged purchases. We will not refund initial shipping cost. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) otherwise we do not pay for return shipping. Returning shipments must be postmarked to return no more than 7 days of date that the order was received by customer. Orders that are received for return that do not meet the return policy requirements will be donated to a local charity. We do ask that you send us a picture of the damaged item/items to help us figure out the cause.

 Shipping and Processing Times

Please allow up to 3-4 business days for all orders to ship. We make each product to order so it takes some extra time to have each order processed and shipped out. Once your order is processed to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking info and an estimated ship date. Please note that the quoted shipping times at checkout DO NOT include our processing times.

 Exchanges & Returns

We do not accept exchanges or returns. If there are any issues with your order please contact us through our contact page on our site.

To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Sip Style Design Co disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Sip Style Design Co does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
